Online v offline

I have a client who is looking at the on line solar. I have been using off line for sometime now. Two questions,
1. Can I access their version and import the information
2. What I is the deference between the two that who warrant the extra cost incurred?

Hi Arthur,

1. Yes, your client can grant you access to their data by clicking menu Setup > Sharing, then generating a sharing code and sending it to you.
