Solar Accounts

I travel a lot and need to raise invoices while on the road..

Is it possible to load the prog onto both the office PC and the laptop to enable invoices to be raised on the laptop, saved and then overwritten to the office version?

Yes that's fine. Firstly, you should install Solar Accounts onto your laptop by following these steps:
http://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/download.php

Then copy your data file from your PC to the laptop (eg. using a USB memory stick).  The data file is normally located in your 'Documents' folder. Once you finish on your laptop, copy the file back to your PC
