Hi, I sell opn my website everday using paypal.

Can i add the total up for each month and put that into sa? if so, whats the best way to do this?

You can group a months worth of sales into one invoice if you prefer.

yes i prefer to monthly as its easier.

In that case just create a new customer called 'Unknown', then record a single invoice for the month.
