Solar Accounts

I would like to print out a nominal report, but I don't want to include any nominal codes with zero balances.  Is there a way to do this, or can I delete some of the nominal codes that I won't be using.

Hi Lindy,

You cannot hide accounts with zero balances in the Nominal Ledger report.  One option is to export the report to a spreadsheet, then delete the rows you don't want.  Alternatively, you can delete some accounts by going to the Accounts list, right-clicking on an account and selecting 'Delete'. (Note: in order to delete an account it must not be a control account or have existing transactions).
