I have plenty of work to do at the best of times, but importing all the records from my company account would be one hell of a mare, however I am able to export these records online as a .csv file for use in excel, is it possible to import this data into Solar accounts, if not, is this something you would please consider as quite often importing such information is very valuable.

Sorry no, Solar Accounts cannot import CSV files which you download from your bank's website - you'll need to manually enter these transactions.
We've noted this as a feature request but we cannot make promises about future development.
