Help.. I have been using solar for a while now but just noticed when asking for a VAT summary, the purchases total include amounts that don't have VAT (such as wages, NI, mortgages etc..).
The actual VAT reclaimed figure is correct. I am obviously inputting the data wrong .
Any suggestions please ?
Hi Anna,
You need to tell Solar Accounts that those transactions are not affected by VAT. To fix the problem open each transaction window and click More Options > VAT Treatment > Out of Scope.
