How do we change the User name and password for our accounts package. The previous finance manager has left and she used her private email to set the package up.
Unfortunately there is not a simple process for changing the User ID and password. Here's what you need to do:
Once you have done that, please email us the last 4 characters of your new user ID. We will then change your account so that the new user account is the billing administrator for the business.
I only want to change my password, not my user name or email address, can this be done easily?

To change your password: You need to restart Solar Accounts and click 'Forgot login details', then follow the prompt.
