For some of our clients, we need to attach an additional document to the emailed invoice How can I do this since it now pings directly from Solar to the email recipient.
Often we need to send an invoice to more than one recipient. Can e have more email fields for a Customer?
Sorry, it is not possible to attach another document to the emailed invoice in Solar Accounts. To do so, save the invoice as a PDF (> More options > Export to PDF) then go to your normal email and attach the PDF invoice and other document you need to send.
Yes, when you create a new customer you gave include more that one email address. (Make sure that you separate each email address with a semi-colon). When you email the invoice it will be sent to the email addresses you have set up.
