How to back up data?

Hello,

I was wondering if we're able to back up our details with solar accounts. If my computer was to crash, would everything be lost?

Hello Zuleika,

Yes, if you don't create a backup and your computer crashes you may lose all your data. However, it's easy to back up your data - just click 'Backup' from the File menu and save to an external device (such as a USB memory stick).

Also, if you haven't saved a backup for 14 days, Solar Accounts will ask you if you want to create one.
