my computer had a virus and doesn't work how can i get solar accounts back with all work done on it

This all depends if you can still get into your c drive, if not it is best to take your computer to a independent shop who should be able to extract all your files. Forget the likes of PC World as they wont have a clue.

Tom Beattie (another Solar Accounts user) has kindly offered to help with your problem - see above.

If you are able to access your C: drive you should search it for files with the extension .slr and .sle, then copy them to a memory stick for backup. In this way you will be able to restore the files if you re-install Windows. If you are unable to find and .slr or .sle files you will need to re-enter your data manually.
