I have used the trial version of Solar and am considering buying the full version, but I need to understand a little more about licencing. If I buy the full version, I can use it for muliple companies, but is that only on one PC, or can I set it up on my home PC for my home based business, and have it at my office for my partnership business?

A single Solar Accounts licence allows you to install the software on up to 3 computers, as long as they are owned by the same person or organisation. So if you own both your home PC and the office computer you can use the same Solar Accounts purchase code on both computers. Otherwise you will need to buy two separate licences.
