Report Balance Sheet shows money to be banked -10422,94 should this be minus very confused. All monies have been banked?
Trial Balance Report - balancing a/c -84394.17 this happens to be opening figure for Deposit A/c.
I'm somewhat confused as our Year End was 31/12/10 and would like to get it right for this year.

You can see a running history of the Money To Be Banked account in the Account Activity screen. Most likely you have not recorded bank deposits - see this page for how to do this:

The Balancing Account balance is automatically set by the system so that total assets equals total liabilities plus equity. See this page for details:

To set the balance of this account to zero, change the opening balance of one of the other equity accounts (eg. Owners Capital) to -£84394.17
