An accountant / book-keeper or any authorized person may register himself as administrator and authorize other members of staff to make data entries. Though the interface is very simple for the staff members, the administrator set up comprises four steps whereby he/she registers own brief information followed by company detailsand then uploads various files exported from Solar Accounts (Accounts, Customers and Suppliers). Finally, one or more staff may be registered and authorized for dara entry.
