Hi Im trying your package so far so good looks just like what I want for a cash accounting simple as simple can be system with a few reports. however, I cant work out how to set up the bank details including my opening balance at the begining of the year ? please advise

Hi Debra,

To set the opening balance for your bank account, click menu Window > Accounts, then double-click on 'Cheque Account'. Enter the opening balance and click 'OK'

Thanks ill try that, i used to sell accounting software and so far its good, bit clunky in places and im not sure about cheque no and folio nos which normally generate

Will let you know how i get on, setting up a month at the moment which is always annoying but once done its done
