Hi, we are trialling your software, for some reason the backup file and main file are no longer accessible, is there any way of retrieving the information via other methods or are we going to have to start over.

Hi Lee,
Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9. You should see a message saying a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file as it will help us better understand the problem.

hi i have tried what you said but i get the following error message:-
Solar accounts was unable to save a log file
Reason: the process cannot access the file because another process has lock a portion of the file.

hi just to loww up i have managed to find the file and sent it
