Share Capital

Hi Can anyone tell me what the journal for share capital is at the start of a limited company please.

Hi Karen,

You don't need to record a journal entry - instead, you can record the share capital by setting the opening balance of the 'Share Capital' account (double-click on this row in the Accounts list).
