How do I record the mileage allowance on the 40ppm rate etc then take this off my proffit. So my tax bill comes down ?

If you are self-employed then record a Money Paid Out transaction from the 'Owners Drawings and Personal Use' account to the 'Motor Expenses' account.

Hi had the same question, problem is the money out form wants 'Paid to' in addition to the accounts. Who do I pay it to?
