In the 'bill to' or 'customer' box of the invoices and quotes - is it possible to prefix the customer details with the salutation?
Most of my customers are domestic and addressing them by plain surname seems somewhat rude!

Sorry no, you cannot add the salutation as a variable to the invoice template. A few other users have requested that users be able to enter "Smith, John" as the customer name, but to allow for "Mr John Smith" on the invoice - I'll record your email to be notified in case we add this feature in future.
