Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but is there away to search the Description field in Invoices and Purchase Invoices.
The reason i ask is this would be really usefull if your trying to track down a particular product or item without having the PO or invoice number.

I know that the memo section is serachable, but that seems alot extra work to retype this information in there again.

Hi Karl,

Solar Accounts is not designed to allow you to search the Description field. The closest alternative is to export the invoices to a CSV file then use Microsoft Excel to search the contents of the file to find the invoice row with that description.

Yes - we would like to add a feature to Solar Accounts which will search ALL fields of all transactions (although we cannot make promises about future development).
