Canoot open file

I've just recently had a problem with my hard drive, I've kind of got it fixed )in that I can see all my files, even if I cannot access them). Unfortunately my soalr accounts files are showing as *****.slr does not apper to be a valid solar accounts file. I have two other business accounts that both open perfectly. I'm completey out of ideas!

Hi Niel,

Most likely the file has become corrupted and cannot be opened. Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9. You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem.
