We often despatch goods straight from our supplier. Is it possible to add a drop down box to enable us to select from our customers list?

Wouldn't you still want to record the supplier details on the purchase order so you know where to send it? To add details of the customer you will need to manually edit the Free Text field to add something like "Please dispatch to [customer address]". It is unlikely that we will provide an automatic way to do this in the near future as we are focused on other areas.
