Profit and loss query

Can I use the multiple dates field to obtain year to date totals and comparison to previous year, or will it only work for consecutive periods?

eg: Period 1 1.4.11-30.4.11
Period 2 1.4.11-30.9.11
Period3 1.4.10-30.4.10

Hi Jane,

That will work - the periods can have any date range and do not need to be consecutive.
