Saving customer details to excel

Can I export the customer information and address etc., to microsoft word or Excel.

Hi Christine,

Yes, here are two ways to do that:

1. Click menu File > Export Data. This will result in four files, one of which is Customers.csv and can be opened in Excel.

2. In the Reports section, open the "Customer Details" report, then click menu File > Save As. You can then save the report in Excel format.
