Exporting invoices to Excel

Hi,
When we do our invoicing, we print to headed paper, so no need to put the logo in, however, some clients we would like to send the invoice via email. As there is no logo in, I can't save it as a PDF straight from Solar, what I would like to do is export to excel, insert the logo and then save as a PDF.
My problem is that we have customised the invoice, and as far as I can tell, when I export to excel, it uses the default layout. Is there a way to get round this without having to then re-format the invoice in excel?
Hope you can help

Hi Jill,

Sorry no, Solar Accounts will always use the default layout when exporting an invoice to Microsoft Excel. I recommend you add the logo, export to a PDF file, then remove the logo.

Regards,

Insert a header, save to .pdf then edit with a freeware program such as:

If this isn't what you were looking for then please accept my apologies.
