You're in luck! To set up a regular payment, click the 'Options' button in the bottom-left of the Money Paid Out window, then select 'Set a repeating schedule'.

Ok but how do you access/execute them once they are set up?

When you open your Solar Accounts data file, you will be given the option to create any recurring transactions which are due.

To see the list of recurring transactions go to the Transactions list and set the filter to 'Show: Repeating Transactions'.
