New to Solar, wondering if it is possible to create groups of items for an invoice? I invoice companies for work carried out weekly, 2 weeky monthly etc. The customers weekly work is 30 individual items with different descriptions and prices. Would be too laborious to do that every time! TIA Chris

Hi Chris,

You just need to copy the previous invoice. Right-click on the invoice row in the Invoices list and select 'Copy'.

Thanks for quick reply, is it a case of copy each line individually (no quicker really!) or can I select 30 lines at once and then copy?

Hi Chris,

When you select 'Copy' from the Invoice list you are copying the entire invoice. All the lines and all the other fields will be copied (except for the date and invoice number).
