I am looking for a simple invoice program that can make Vat inclusive invoices, I am looking for something to replace Volutive (as they are shutting up shop) if i run this on my office computer is there a way of exporting all the info to my book keepers computer? or can they be linked somehow?

Hi Dan,

I'm sorry for the delay in responding. Yes if your accountant uses Sage you can export data to CSV files, email the files to your accountant who can import them into Sage. You can also save the list of transactions to an excel spreadsheet.

Sorry I forot to mention how to do it! Click menu item File > Export Data.
