Hertfordshire based Solar accounts using sole trader, looking to incorporate for start of next financial year, seeks small business accountant for company setup, advice and ongoing support!!

Hi, I am an accountant (in Cornwall) with a client who uses Solar. I have never used it before but was able to get to grips with it very quickly. I used the free 60 day trial to access the data. So my advice would be to get yourself a good accountant who can help you with your tax and provide business support, these are perhaps the important issues, if he or she is uses other computerised packages they will be able to use Solar without any problem.

I am a book-keeper using Solar accounts and I give my clients' accounts at year end to their accountants in the form of Excel spread sheets which have always been satisfactory. I always make sure that the bank is reconciled and everything else seems to fall into place!
