why wont after i have inputted information it is not saving information in solar and not updating accounts

That is odd. Can you please tell me the sequence of actions (ie. button and menu selections) to reproduce the problem? Something like this would be useful:
1. Open Solar Accounts data file
2. Go to Invoices list
3. Double-click on an invoice
4. Change the invoice amount
5. Click OK
6. The invoice Total and Balance Due amounts are not updated in the invoice list.
This will help us investigate the problem.
