Can I set Solar accounts so that it automatically opens to a default file? So, instead of getting the welcome screen where I have to 'open an existing account' it will automatically open a file? I only have one business/file so it seems a little tedious to have to slect this every time!

Thanks for sending us your feedback. Unfortunately you cannot automatically open a default file. I can see why this is tedius - we'll try to improve this in future versions of Solar Accounts.

I'd second that request! I'm sure a great many users only ever use one company file. One reason I'm going solar now is that it's so much faster to use, this would help! Thanks.

I would third that request, it would good and much more convenient to have a simple option to open a default company file.

if you make a short cut on the desk top of your accounts file and clik on that instead of the solar accounts program it will open your file instead of you having to select to open one
