I am trying to purchase the software online I do not have a company paypal account and have tried to buy via Visa, I have had to open a google account (didn't really want to but if thats the only way) I have entered all my payment details etc and clicked buy and it has stopped on processing for the past half hour, can see your end if I have paid for this, and if not can I simply pay via visa on line as the goggle system does not seem to work. I'm sorry for the trouble you have had purchasing through Google Checkout. (A few other users have also had reported problems so we recently made PayPal the default method instead).
Can you please email me the cardholder name on the credit card you used? This will allow me to search for your payment in our system.
