Just a thought for a future update.
Add a currency exchange rate field in setup e.g USD to GPB which the user can enter, currently .64. Assign a letter to the exchange rate, in this case D for Dollars.
Then when entering the amount in either received or paid out the user adds the exchange rate letter for the system to calculate the correct value. It could either then overwrite the entered amount by the calculated one or fill in the field below. My preference would be to overwrite the entered amount.
Again as an example the user enters 100.00D and the system calculates this as £64.00
I hope this makes sense. Is it doable? With so many sales and purchases using other currencies this would be a great help to the users. In my case I pay for my website in USD.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes it would definitely make sense to be able to enter either currency in an amount field then have Solar Accounts apply the exchange rate if necessary. We'll consider this approach when we tackle multi-currency.
