Start Up Costs

I have been allocating all expenditure whether it was for assets or expenses from the Owners Capital account. Is this correct or should it have been from owners drawings and personnal use?
The money that has been used for these purchases is from my own funds. I'm not a LTD company.

Hi Mark,

Either account is fine, although I would tend to use 'Owners Capital' for the initial funds you put into the business.
