Let me start by saying that I'm delighted with the software. It easy to use and keeps me well informed.

I'm a little disappointed however, that you haven't updated the App Store version which is still on 3.4.1 … so i'm missing out on the upgrades for the last 12 months.

Can we expect an update soon?

Or, if the are technical issues with the App Store. Will you grant a regular license so I can download the website version?

I'm glad to hear you like our software!

Apple have added technical restrictions to software in the Mac App Store which make it more difficult for us to publish there. Because of this, it is not likely that we will update the version on the Mac App Store in the near future.

Please forward to me your receipt email from Apple which shows your purchase of Solar Accounts on the Mac App Store. I will then generate a purchase code which will allow you to download and register the latest version from our website.
