My husband has just taken over his Dads Property Management business. Can Solar accounts handle the statements that he needs to give the landlords? They need to show the Landlords name, the tenants name and rental address as well as the rental amount, and amounts paid as a running total. The tenancy start and end date also needs to be shown.
Previously, everything was done by pen and paper. We're trying to bring the business into the 21st century :0)

Sorry no, Solar Accounts is not designed to produce the landlord statement you describe. As a rental property agent you can use Solar Accounts to keep track of your finances as described here:

However, it cannot produce the landlord statement - the closest thing would be the 'Supplier Balances' report. You may be better off with software specifically designed for property agents.
