Downloading to a second computer

Have just purchased Solar Accounts after a trial,runs rings around Quickbooks especially now I have changed to Flat Rate scheme.
I have tried to download to a second laptop at home and it fails with an error message saying
Setup-SolarAccounts-3.7.1-CSV8i.exe Insufficient Permission

Can you help

Hi Chris,

I think it would help for us to see a screenshot of the problem. Please do the following.

  1. Try installing Solar Accounts until you get the error message on screen.
    2. Press the 'Print Screen' key (top right of keyboard)
    3. Click the Start button (bottom left of screen) then Programs > Accessories > Paint
    4. In the Paint window, click menu Edit > Paste
    5. Click menu File > Save, then enter a filename and select 'Save'
    6. Create a new email message and attach the file you created in the previous step.
    7. Send the email to me.
