I'm using the trial version of solar accounts, and although I find it easy to use the invoice format does not support our type of invoicing. Is it possible to create an invoice template that is more appropriate to the type of business that I have.

You can edit the invoice template in Solar Accounts by clicking menu Setup > Invoice Template. What sort of invoice template do you want to produce?

I had the same issue but I puscharsed a designer invoice and embeded in invoice template which is working perfectly.
It's very easy to edit any invoice.
