I thin there is a slight bug in that when I come to print, then save as a PDF, if I change from the default folder Documents, as soon as I click the scroll arrows by the side of the folder name to choose another folder, the software closes down.

I'm running on a MacBook Pro with the latest updated version of Mountain Lion.

No problem, just reporting it.

PS. Not sure it does this in every report, but it does when I do a P&L.

Yes, this is a bug in Solar Accounts that occurs when you try to save to PDF on Mac OSX 10.8. We'll try to fix this in a future release. In the meantime, there are two workarounds: 1) Save to the default folder, then use the Mac finder to move the PDF file to the desired location; 2) Instead of using the print window to save to PDF, select and invoice and click menu File > Export To > Adobe Acrobat PDF.
