Crashing

Hi Mark

Recently downloaded 3.7.6. Since then on several occasions the program has crashed, or to be more accurate, simply vanished from the screen. Always seems to be when making an entry in an open window (invoice, bank reconcile, etc.). Never happened before.

Hi Mark,

Sorry about that - it's a bug in version 3.7.6 of Solar Accounts when using relatively large data files. We have produced a new version of the software which fixes the problem - please upgrade as described here:

Can you update when the programme keeps closing in the test version?

Please try upgrading your software as described here:

Does that fix the problem? If not, what sequence of steps do you perform in order to crash the program?
