This is a real pain not being able to print an envelope at the same time as the invoice or from the invoice. I have tried copy and paste from my iMac but it doesn't seem to work. This means every invoice I have to type the address out again.

It is odd that you cannot copy and paste the address. Select the text in the address field and right-click on it - do you get a pop-up menu that includes 'Copy'? If so, you should be able to copy and paste the address into another application.

We do hundreds of invoices every year and just fold them appropriately,
as this saves time and effort as well. Much easier solution!
