All data gone!

Hello
I have been using Solar account for 1 year now, today, while I open it I got a massage ( please backup your data, it have been 75 Days from last backup !!!!!)

Although I do backup every 2 weeks, now all recent data is not available ? neither the current database I usually use , or even the backup

Hi Yasser,

Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem.

I solved it another way, I re download it from Google drive, I used previous version option in Google drive, it work good now, thank you for your reply any way
