Hi and please can you help me;
The icons on my desktop have without warning changed in appearance from solar accounts blue to a white microsoft style and left me with the message “This shortcut has been moved or changed and no longer works properly”.
I am unable to get into the programme and service my clients.

Please try the following:
1. Click the Windows 'Start' button, then All Programs > Solar Accounts > Solar Accounts
2. Click 'Open Existing File'
3. Do you see a list of previous files you have opened? If so, click on one of the files to open it again.
