Have I missed something obvious? Apparently I should be able to select multiple items in the bank reconciliation window by holding down "shift" - but it doesn't seem to work in OS X.

That is odd - we've certainly tested it on OS X. I think the problem could be that you need to click on the checkbox while holding down shift - do not click on any other part of the row. Does that resolve the problem? If not, please let me know what version of OS X and Solar Accounts you are running.

Ah, I see! You're quite right; I'd obviously misunderstood how the functionality works.

Not sure I understand both the question & answer.

I have tried (on the sample "Hamilton" file) to select multiple items on the Bank Rec. window by holding down "shift" & ticking two boxes separated by other boxes in the hope that the in between ones would be selected but this doesn't work.

What am I doing wrong?
