How do I export everything for my accountant to do my year end?

What I do is ask my clients to keep their solar file on their google drive or on dropbox - then they don't need to send me anything. They just tell me when they want their accounts done and I use the same file they do. It also prevents any confusion or problems if I make any accounting adjustments at the final accounts stage.
