I am looking to input a list of purchase invoices from Microsoft excel and wondered on the best way to do this please?

Solar Accounts can import a list of purchase invoices from a CSV file. (A CSV file can be edited in Microsoft Excel, although it is not the default format for new spreadsheets). For details of what columns and rows must be in the CSV file see the section titled 'Invoice, Credit Note, Quote and Purchase Order Format' on this page:

To see an example of what the CSV file should look like: create a purchase invoice in Solar Accounts, then click menu File > Export To > Comma Separated CSV File, then tick only 'Invoices, Quotes and Credit Notes'.
