Error

Hi
I have tried to open my accounts this morning and i have an error message

Error
The file "C:\users\Mathew\Documents~~~~Major Entertianments LTD.slr" does not appear to be a valid solar accounts file

Can you help ASAP please

Hi Mathew,

Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem.
