Saving

Hi
I have just purchased a WD my cloud hard drive
as i would like to be able to view the invoice from any device
Ho do i change the settings so it automatically saves the invoices onto this hard rive connected to my network?

Hi Mathew,

Im not sure what a WD is but I assume your cloud hard drive is similar to DropBox. In that case you will need to do the following:

  1. Close Solar Accounts
    2. Move your business data file from your Documents folder to the folder representing your cloud drive
    3. Double-click on the file to open it.

Note that when you use DropBox or similar program you need to ensure that you synchronize your computers correctly whenever you make a change to your data file. See this page for details:
