I cannot access my file on solar it is saying file full no disk space other files on solar I can access but this is my main one

This appears to be due to a bug in Solar Accounts - sorry. Please run Solar Accounts and press Ctrl + F9 (on Windows) or Command + Option + Z (on Mac). You should see a message saying that a diagnostic file called 'Solar Accounts Log File.zip' was created in your Documents folder. Please email me that file - it will help us better understand the problem and recover your data.
