Account Type Royal Mail

Hi Thor,

Yes you can treat it as a mini-bank account. Create a new asset account called 'Royal Mail Prepayment', then record a General Transaction each month from the Cheque Account to the Royal Mail Prepayment account. When you incur postage costs use the Royal Mail Prepayment account in the Paid From Account field in the Money Paid Out window.
