How do I deal with this? For example my client takes his pick up (owned by the business) and his wifes car (owned by my client) for tyres. The business runs the pick up as a business expense, and also runs his wifes car (goes to drawings). I would show the invoice in my current package as vehicle expenses

Yes, you will need to enter two separate purchase invoices because in Solar Accounts the VAT Treatment applies to the entire transaction.
